Sales And Marketing Assistant

Hillview Blossoms Limited, a grower of hybrid cut flowers, located near Lusaka, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of sales/marketing electronic and paper media for existing and prospective customers.
• Perform general administrative and sales support for the Marketing Team.
• Follow up on prospective sales leads.
• Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Make sure to keep the status of projects up to date.
• Process sales data and progress reports in sales online system.
• Promote and flower, related products and services.
• Develop very good knowledge of the flowers varieties grown and sold by the company.
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to enhance the company’s visibility across Zambia and export markets.
• Use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and X to promote image and sales.
• Communicate directly with customers and foster trust and confidence.
  Manage customer accounts and relationships.

Requirements:

• Form V Certificate preferably Diploma in Marketing
  Communication skills.
• Background in doing calls and project management, required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, voice, visual and text as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft 365 and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cloud based application.
• Exquisite communication and people skills.
• Willing to travel and spend time at the farm located near Lusaka.
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Ability to drive is an added advantage.
