Mission
- To ensure 85% of DC promised dates are fulfilled and shipped to the LDC expeditiously.
- To ensure circulation of weekly changed promised dates to all stakeholders
- To ensure circulation of the Customer back order with correct promised dates to all stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily analysis of M3 open orders to ensure DCs promised dates are fulfilled.
- Weekly sharing of detailed back order report with all stakeholders, and with the correct promise dates.
- Communicating delivery date changes to relevant stakeholders in the regional CCs.
- Constant follow-up with DCs through ACIGN/ Emails/ Telephone to ensure parts are shipped as soon as they are available.
- Support the Order Fulfillment Manager achieve his/her mission
Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirements
- Ensures implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ Management Systems in the department
- Ensures customer requirements are satisfied/met
- Wear necessary PPE in the workplace.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the workplace.
- To report all incidents/accidents to the immediate Manager.
- Employee to protect their own health and safety and health and safety of others.
Competences, skills and experience
- Good understanding of procurement and supply procedures
- Ability to communicate with different clients.
- BPCS/GIM/M3 Online/Advanced Excel
