Facilities and Administration Officer

As Facilities and Administration Officer, your main role is to manage the Company’s administration and purchasing function by effectively and efficiently planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of procurement, inventory, stores and provision of effective transport, communication, and office services. They will ensure the effective and efficient management and maintenance of the Company’s facilities, security, implementing projects, contracts and lease management. You will report to the Head – Human Resource and Administration.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage insurance contracts and other suppliers.
  • Review stock position or material consumption to ensure optimum maintenance of stock levels.
  • Ensure timely procurement of all goods and services required for company operations.
  • Transport and logistics management.
  • Supervise all maintenance works.
  • Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments.
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Supervise all facilities and administration staff and external contractors.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on branding of the buildings.
  • Perform any other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Social Sciences/Business Courses/ Purchasing and Supply
  • Minimum three years of relevant procurement and administration experience.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and social media marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytics, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience with administration processes.
