Farm Manager
Location: Makeni West
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the medium-sized dairy farm.
- Develop and implement a farm management plan, including crop management, livestock management, and herd health management.
- Manage and supervise farm staff, ensuring they are well trained and efficient in carrying out their duties.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including inventory management, milk production, and financial records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in animal husbandry or agriculture.
- At least 2 years of working experience in farm management
- Valid driving license
