Urban Hotel Lusaka is seeking a vibrant Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest dining experience by fostering teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
• Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team to deliver excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management in a hotel or restaurant.
3. Strong problem-solving, leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
6. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, cost control, and inventory management.
