GIS Technician x 1
We are seeking a skilled GIS Technician to join our team, specializing in the processing of drone survey data. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and analysing various types of geospatial data, including:
- LiDAR data
- Photogrammetry data
- Multispectral data
In addition to data processing, the role involves performing general GIS analysis to support project objectives. Strong attention to detail and experience with GIS software tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process drone survey data (LiDAR, photogrammetry, and multispectral)
- Conduct GIS analysis and visualization
- Collaborate with team members to support project goals
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in data processing
Qualifications:
- Degree in GIS, Geography, Remote Sensing, or a related field
- Experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar)
- Knowledge of drone survey data processing techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed.
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
