Locations: Lusaka: (1) Kabulonga (2) Kasupe and (3) Lewanika Mall

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a clean and organized grilling production environment
2. Prepare and grill a variety of meats, fish, poultry to edible standard
3. Monitor food preparation and ensure consistent quality.
4. Assist in menu planning.
5. Manage inventory of grilling supplies.
6. Ensure acceptable food safety standards.
7. Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Experience:
Minimum of 2years work experience as a Griller

Qualification:
Must be able to read and write Menu in English
