Guest Service Agent (1-Year Contract)
Qualifications:
- Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in English, with strong negotiation skills
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience in front desk operations, preferably in a similar role
- A great team player, able to work well under pressure
- Computer literate and tech-savvy
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS system will be an added advantage
