  • HR Degree with HR Certificate Preferred   – We are looking for candidates with a solid educational background in Human Resources. Possession of an HR certificate is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR Functions: Demonstrated understanding of various HR functions, including but not limited to pay and benefits administration, recruitment, training and development.
  • Understanding of Labor Laws: Familiarity with local labor laws and disciplinary procedures is essential. Experience in navigating cases involving immigration, labor, police, legal, and council offices is a plus.
  • Proven HR Officer Experience: Proven track record as an HR officer with a focus on handling various cases involving immigration, labor, police, legal, and council offices.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to build positive relationships with employees and external stakeholders is crucial.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Aptitude: We value individuals who can think on their feet, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in various HR scenarios.
