Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Recruit, train, and develop employees
– Manage employee relations, conflicts, and benefits
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
– Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
– Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of HR experience
– Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality
