We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our team in Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
– Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Conduct employee onboarding and exit interviews
– Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
– Provide guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
