Highmark Water and Energy Solutions is inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic and self-motivated to participate in our Internship program. Females are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Work with customers to find the products or services that best fit the customers needs.

– Prepare quotations/invoices and follow up on customers.

– Closely collaborate with senior management on effective outreach and cost effective platforms to penetrate markets.

– Time to Time do site visits, deliveries and installation on products within company product range.

– Exercise Sound judgement on conflict resolutions with customers within company policies.

– Manage Key performance drivers, overall sales and profitability across different products and channels.

– Help manage companies social media channels.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Outstanding selling and negotiating skills.

– Exceptional customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.

– Fluency in English and high level of professionalism.

 

QUALIFICATIONS.

– A minimum certificate in Electrical Technology/Plumbing and Pipe fitting.

– Certificate in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.

– Full Grade Twelve (12) certificate.
