IT TECHNICIAN – HUNTLEY, CHISAMBA (01)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Hardware installation, which includes repair/replacement of faulty IT equipment.
- Installation of new networks and troubleshoot network problems that may arise.
- Software installation, which includes installation of Operating Systems, MS Office and other remote support, tools (e.g. AnyDesk and Team viewer).
- Repairing and maintenance of computer hardware such as Computers, Printers, and other system utilized by the company and managed by the IT department.
- Training of staff on the functionalities of computer systems applications in Abattoirs.
- Routine Preventive Maintenance of all equipment managed by the IT Department.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Computer related field.
- More than 2 years’ Impressive, demonstrable track record of skills/experience gained within a similar position or at a similar level.
- Member of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ))
The Required Attributes Include:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong Computer troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
- Being physically fit.
- Being proactive.
- Team player.
