Junior Quantity Surveyor
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Diploma or a Degree in Quantity Surveying
Must have 1– 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Must have knowledge of construction drawings.
Experience within the commercial construction industry would be advantageous.
Must have experience in monitoring project-specific budgets and procurement
Must have knowledge on distributing and processing monthly claims and subcontractor payment schedules.
Must have proficient computer skills.
