Junior Quantity Surveyor
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction.
Must be registered with the Surveyors Institute of Zambia as a member.
Must have 1-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Must understand building technology.
Must be proficient in numeracy skills for estimating and budgeting purposes.
Junior Design Architect
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Computer Science, or Engineering
Must be registered with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) as a member.
Must have 1-3 years of experience as an Architect.
Must be technical proficient in sustainability and green building practices.
Must have artistic ability and aesthetics.
Must be creative in architectural design and visualization.
Must be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
