CREED School of Leadership

CREED School of Leadership is a premier leadership training institute offering a range of leadership development programs, including programs for school, college, and graduate students, as well as corporate clients. Our programs are customized to meet the specific needs of our clients, and we work closely with them to ensure that they achieve their leadership goals.

The campus comprises of rope courses, obstacle courses, and other adventure activities that are designed to challenge and enhance leadership skills. These activities are carefully curated to help participants overcome their fears, build trust, and foster teamwork, while developing essential leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and resilience.

Our school’s approach to leadership development is unique and innovative. We believe in providing an immersive and experiential learning experience to our students, and that’s why we use various adventure-based activities like rope courses, simulations, and group challenges in our training programs. Through these activities, we help our students develop crucial skills like communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making, which are essential for effective leadership.

A leadership trainer should be an experienced and skilled professional who has a deep understanding of leadership theories, models, and practices. Typically, a leadership trainer should have:

Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, organizational behavior, or business administration, can be helpful. A degree in education or training can also be valuable for those interested in a career in leadership training.
Experience: A leadership trainer should have extensive experience in leadership development and training. This can include experience in coaching, facilitation, consulting, or other related fields. Ideally, a leadership trainer should have experience working with diverse audiences in various industries.
Certification: While not always necessary, certification in coaching, training, or other related fields can demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and expertise in the field.
Interpersonal Skills: A leadership trainer should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a supportive learning environment. They should be able to listen actively, provide feedback constructively, and facilitate productive discussions.
Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles: A leadership trainer should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to apply them to create effective and engaging learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering leadership development programmes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt training content to meet diverse needs
  • Willing to stay on the Campus of the School of Leadership in tented accommodation and has a sense of adventure
