Lecturer for Public Administration
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration or related field.
- Age: 25 – 45 years.
- At least 2 years of lecturing or industry experience in the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of governance, public policy, public finance, and ethics in public administration.
- PhD in a relevant discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools for education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching courses in Public Administration, Public Policy, and Governance.
- Supervising student projects and theses.
- Conducting research and publishing scholarly work in the field of public administration.
- Actively contributing to departmental meetings and curriculum planning.
- Advising students on academic and career-related matters.
- Engaging with the broader academic and public sector community through research and collaborations.
