Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
· Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
· Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
· Conduct cost analysis to optimize operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve financial controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

· CIMA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
· Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
· Good relationships with Local banks and financial institutions will be an added advantage.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
