Role Description
The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lusaka, with some remote work options available. The Marketing Communications Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success departments.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing and executing press releases, content marketing, and strategic communications plans
- Expertise in project management, ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO and SEM
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the agriculture or technology industry is a plus
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
