KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Writing and proofreading marketing materials for both online and print campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Work with Graphic designers to Create creative marketing content
  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads, and display ads.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics reporting.
  • Track performance and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement.
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align digital strategies with sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Grade 12 certification

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creativity and innovation in crafting marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with the target audience and market. (KPIs)
  • Growth in social media followers and engagement.
  • Success rate of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and Ability to work diligently and meet targets.
