Objectives of the Role:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to attract students to Harvest University’s programs.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
  • Support the coordination of events, webinars, and outreach activities to increase awareness and enrollment.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitors in the educational sector.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with Harvest University’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create engaging marketing collateral.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and webinars, including venue booking, speaker arrangements, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Harvest University’s marketing efforts remain competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in marketing will be added advantage.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Member of The Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

*Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
