- Managing and developing marketing campaigns
- Ability to perform the basic functions with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle stress associated with the need to work with deadlines
- Proficient in marketing techniques and principles
- Good knowledge of social media and use of other social media platforms
- Team player, good listener and attentive to details, goal oriented with good analytical skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Must have a driver’s license or know how to drive.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Minimum diploma in marketing
- At least one year in a similar position
Receptionist
Key Responsibilities;
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Front Office management- ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Help to organize internal and external meetings
- Perform secretarial duties including organizing/maintaining files
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Required Core Competencies
- Excellent Telephone Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Secretarial and Office management or Diploma
- Must have some experience working as a receptionist
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
