1. Designation: Performance and Reporting Manager – 1

Reporting Line: Chief Financial Officer

Business Unit: Finance Department

Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose: To provide business intelligence and facilitate regulatory and Group reporting.

2. Designation: Information Systems Auditor – 1

Reporting Line: Internal Audit Manager

Business Unit: Audit Department

Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose: To provide IT internal auditing work on various IT audits, as part of the approved annual audit plan.

3. Designation: Risk Management Specialist – 1

Reporting Line: Head of Risk

Business Unit: Risk Department

Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose: Responsible for management of coordination and reporting of strategic, compliance and operational risk for MFZ’s information Management System and Operational Risk.

4. Designation: Accounts Assistant-2

Reporting Line: Management Accountant Business Unit: Finance Department

Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose: The role is responsible for the facilitation of smooth operations of MFZ through timely payments.

5. Designation: Call Centre Coordinator – 1

Reporting Line: Marketing Officer

Business Unit: Marketing Department

Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose: To support the operations of the institution by managing and coordinating all activities related to the call center
