Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and balanced.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for guests during the overnight shift.
- Ensure that all guest charges, payments, and adjustments are properly recorded in the property management system.
- Reconcile daily revenue and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Handle any overnight guest needs, including room assignments, reservations, and general assistance.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during the overnight shift.
- Monitor and maintain hotel property, including keeping the front desk area neat and organized.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel operations or as a night auditor is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
