Job description:
- To Manage & Assist with Centralised helpdesk via email support, telephone as required
- To assist with fine tuning activities, and user processes and training
- Revising & Preparation of training documents, Video’s and On-Line training material. To support and improve user’s experiences, and supporting new capabilities in line with new Technologies and Changes in our Business environment.
- Prioritise the needs of each Request, by Operation, and Users, in conjunction with day to day tasks and Project deadlines.
- Prioritise the issue at hand, to minimise downtime, end user efficiency
- Enforce Company and Department Policies, Security Protocols, Change Control and Good Accounting Practices currently adopted by the group, through training, and advice given
- Daily proactive maintenance checks
- Maintenance and review of User Security in accordance with Corporate practices
- To Administer user access controls
- To manage and log software faults as required, with vendor, expedite issues
- Testing of processes, and procedures, upgrades, and patches before applying
- Follow internal controls policies
