We are searching for a motivated Safari Lodge Operations Supervisor, based in Lusaka but looking after two safari lodges in Lower Zambezi and Kafue National Park. The role requires a broad range of skills, local knowledge, dedication, significant attention to detail and organisation.
A minimum of 6 year’s Safari hospitality work experience – ideally with at least 3 years in Operations
Responsibilities include
- Oversee the operations and logistics of the lodges
- Lodge maintenance plans and schedules
- Staff management,
- Wildlife conservation initiatives
- Stakeholder management
- Lodge supplies and stock management
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Monthend reporting
