BIA Zambia is currently looking for a Parts Sales & Support Officer (PSSO) to be based in Lumwana.
Purpose of the Job
Will be attached to the Aftermarket Department and related to the Aftermarket Manager, the function aims to support increased sales of consumables, tools, spare parts, and components and to support the inventory management function.
Candidates should have the following:
- Business Management / related qualification – required.
- IT: SAP (or similar) + MS Office – required.
- A Level – Technical background (Mechanical) – added advantage.
- Similar experience in sales or distribution department, preferably in Import/Export or spare parts business.
- Sales skills and result oriented.
- Communication skills.
- Technical and professional expertise.
- Autonomous and teamwork mindset.
- Rigor and accuracy.
- Very well organized and priority management skills.
- Spirit of initiative and Dynamic.
