Salary: K10,000 – K20,000 (depending on experience)
Seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to manage office operations and provide support in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be mature, discreet, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle tenant-related matters, including communication and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and financial matters.
- Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Excel.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with little to no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanour.
- Aged between 32 to 45 years.
- Must be mature, reliable and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Must be willing to work late hours if and when need arises.
- Able to supervise support staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Valid driving license.
- At least 3 years experience in an administrative role or office management.
