We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the procurement process, manage logistics operations, ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout our organization, maintain security within our warehouse, and handle stock take activities.

Your role:

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies and optimize supply chain processes.
•    Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.
•    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet production demands.
•    Implement sustainable practices and promote environmentally friendly procurement.
•    Lead logistics planning, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
•    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and logistics.
•    Implement security measures to safeguard warehouse assets, prevent theft, and maintain a safe working environment.
•    Establish and enforce internal controls within the department to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
•    Oversee both monthly and annual stock take processes to maintain accurate inventory records.
•    Assist the Supply & Logistics Manager in day-to-day operations of the department.

To succeed, you will need

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Atleast 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
•    Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing & Supply (ZIPS)
•    Good understanding of procurement and supply procedures.
•    Ability to communicate with different clients/vendors.

•    Computer literate and understanding of customs regulations.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

•   knowledge with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) -System Application Product (SAP) added advantage.
