Job Summary
To ensure that Net Open Position and other reports are prepared and submitted to all relevant Stakeholders on time as well as ensuring compliance to Product Control Policies standards and guiding principles.
Job Description
Be familiar with procedures for the whole product cycle from deal initiation to settlement and reporting.
Ensure the following:
- Daily reconciliation of Open Currency Positions
- Identification of FX reconciling items and ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Prepare Revaluation Rates to be used for revaluation of Banking Book Products and Balances in Brains.
- Daily reconciliation of Front Arena to DMR and providing appropriate explanation for breaks identified (FOBO)
- Run Sub-Ledger (DMR) and generate files for posting into Brains
- Review of Rate Tolerance, Voided and backdated reports in Front Arena and escalation to the relevant Stakeholders
- Reconcile internal accounts for all products in Front arena and clear breaks timeously.
- Analysis of Cancel, Amend and Late (CAL) Trades.
- Review of Mandate and Limit Breach Reports in Front Arena and escalation to Stakeholders.
