Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of the Clinical lead, the Consultant Psychotherapist will be responsible for the following:

Clinical

· Effectively provide quality Psychotherapy to clients

· Commitment to participate in Continuous Professional Development sessions (CPD)

· Assessing clients to understand their needs

· identifying appropriate therapeutic techniques

· Listening to patients without judgement

· Helping patients reflect on their situations and articulate their thoughts

· Prompting clients to explore behaviour, attitudes and emotions.

· Helping clients identify potential changes they could make to reduce distress

· Working with other therapists, support and medical professionals

· Keeping accurate records

Publicity and Marketing

· Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects

· Maintain strong communication between marketing team and stakeholders

· Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team on social media platforms and through media houses

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or equivalent

· Valid license to practice psychotherapy in Zambia

· At least 3 years’ experience in providing therapy sessions

· Ability to effectively connect and build rapport with clients

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
