AB Bank Zambia is looking to fill the position of Receptionist to be based at our Ndola Branch. The Receptionist must at all times represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance while constantly providing excellent customer service to the Bank’s stakeholders.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Welcoming all clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to customer queries
- Ensuring that the banking hall is always clean and tidy
- Ensuring that all marketing materials in the Banking Hall are always properly placed
- Ensuring that the image of the branch is always impeccable
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:
- Diploma in a Business-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, office equipment and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
