Core Responsibilities / Expectations

 

  • Clearly documented Parts & Service Planning strategy for Service agreements, Workshops and Sales stock.
  • Accountability for executing the Strategy at each country.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Stock Control: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Ordering: Place orders for parts and supplies procedures
  • Supply chain coordination
  • Demand Forecasting:
  • Usage Analysis: Analyse historical data and trends to forecast future parts and service needs.
  • Planning: Develop and implement plans to address anticipated demand, adjusting inventory and ordering strategies accordingly.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Service Scheduling: Coordinate with service technicians and customers to schedule maintenance and repair work, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Work Orders: Create and manage work orders procedures for repairs and maintenance, ensuring all necessary parts and resources are available.
