We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads/prospective business into sales.
Assist with generating leads and identifying potential clients.
Work with the sales manager to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Assist the sales manager in preparing and presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Assist the sales manager to identify emerging markets and market shifts and also take note of new products and competition status.
Requirements and skills
Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in insurance sales.
Diploma in Marketing and Sales or a related field.
Degree will be an added advantage.
Generate sales leads and be able to convert leads into sales.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Business sense and industry expertise.
