As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Motor Division, enhance our market presence, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for the Motor Division.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive division growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support, addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve personal and team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the Zambian automotive market and its dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
