Job Description: We offer a wide range of furniture to suit various tastes. As Sales Manager, you’ll oversee sales operations, develop strategies, and lead a team to exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
– Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
– Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
– Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
– Knowledge of tender processes and requirements added advantage.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the furniture industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
