We are a dynamic Microfinance organization seeking highly motivated Sales Team Leaders to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, driving revenue growth, and building a strong sales team while fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve both team and individual and team targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit and collections, to ensure effective product positioning and customer service. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or challenges. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, and updates, and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services (Bank, Microfinance and Insurance )industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Knowledge of microfinance products and services is an advantage
