Salesperson at Legacy Manufacturer’s Limited

Legacy Manufacturers Limited, a leading manufacturing company situated at Plot No. 10993 Mungwi Road, Chinika Industrial Area, Lusaka, is URGENTLY looking to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions of Sales Personnel. ( 10 positions available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a fast-moving food manufacturing company.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 school certificate.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
