Security Supervisor at Silverland Ranching Limited

Silverlands Zambia Limited is an agricultural business which operates in Central and Southern Provinces with its headquarters situated in Lusaka. The Company wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified Zambians to fill in the position of a Security Supervisor for the Ranch in Zimba.

The applicant must have the following qualifications:

Oversee the daily workflow, scheduling of work shifts and monitor deployment.
Ensure prompt communication on security related issues.
Liaise with police and law enforcement officials to coordinate security.
To conduct all duties that ensures that ranch runs at its maximum potential.
To oversee the security, assist in the clerical work and relevant duties.
Keep all security records required by Management.
Report all activities and incident to management on a regular basis.
Responding to incident reports on the Ranch
