  • GDS Mastery: At least 5 years of experience working with Amadeus or Travelport GDS—you’re a ticketing guru!
  • Ticketing Excellence: Expert in managing complex ticketing scenarios with precision.
  • VIP Experience: Proven experience in managing high-profile VIP clients with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Team Leadership: Strong team management skills, capable of guiding and inspiring a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Pressure Player: Thrive in high-stakes environments, whether flying solo or collaborating with a team.
  • Time & Organization Wizard: Unmatched ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who can navigate challenges and find solutions on the fly.
  • OBT Management: A strong aptitude to learn and manage Online Booking Tools (OBT) for both clients and in-house systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years working on Amadeus or Travelport GDS with certification
  • Ticketing Skills: Strong background in ticketing and fare management.
  • VIP Client Management: Experience working with VIP clients, delivering personalized and high-quality service.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and ease.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including familiarity with travel management software.
  • OBT Systems: Willingness and ability to learn and manage Online Booking Tools (OBT) for seamless client and in-house operations.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in team management, ensuring your team works cohesively and efficiently.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem Resolution: Adept at resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
