The ideal applicant will have a strong production management background, food sector expertise, and understanding of extrusion processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily manufacturing activities and maintain smooth operations during assigned shift.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of products and efficiency of production lines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise during the shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation across shifts.

Education qualifications and work experience:
