Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar energy solutions.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs.
- Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present customized proposals, including cost-benefit analyses.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet revenue goals.
- Ensure accurate contract documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in solar energy.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, project management, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.
- Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and coordinating after-sales support.
- Monitor project delivery timelines and provide updates to clients as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in solar energy sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related financial incentives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
