The store is in need of an achievement-oriented STORE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER with excellent customer service and people management skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail industry and be able to manage the store’s daily operations, including ordering and managing stock, ensuring sales targets are met, budgeting, recruiting and training staff, and dealing with customer queries or complaints.
The successful candidate will over-see the daily operations and clerical processes of store.
They will be responsible for tasks such as:
Recruiting, training and supervising administrative staff
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems
Managing office supplies, records, schedules and budgets
Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Communicating with senior management and other departments.
