We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and storage of goods and materials essential for the smooth operation of our hotel.


– Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries of food, beverages, linens, cleaning supplies, and other hotel-related materials.
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements using our hotel’s inventory management system.
– Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure the availability of essential items.
– Conduct regular stock inspections and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
– Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any supply-related issues.
– Ensure that storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
– Assist other departments, such as housekeeping and F&B, with their inventory needs as required.
– Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to inventory control and security.


– Previous experience as a storekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
– Knowledge of inventory management best practices and procedures.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
– Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
A certificate; additional education or training in hospitality management is desirable.
