- Project Manager 01 bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering, Building Science, Quantity Surveying or Architecture) minimum 5 years’ experience with knowledge and skills regarding CDF projects
- Works Foreman 01 Diploma or better in Building Construction, Civil Engineering minimum 3 years’ experience with knowledge and skills regarding CDF projects
- Bricklayer 02 Craft Certificate or better in Bricklaying and Plastering 10 years experience
- Carpenters 02 Craft Certificate or better in Carpentry and Joinery Work 5 years experience.
- Electricians 02 Craft Certificate or better in power Electrical 5 years experience
- Plumber 02 Craft Certificate or better in Plumbing or sheet metal 5 years experience
- Metal Fabricator 02 Craft Certificate in metal fabrication 2 years experience
- Painter 02 Craft Certificate in Painting or Decoration 2 years experience
