We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Supermarket Merchandiser to join our team, specializing in utilizing a motorcycle for efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a motorcycle for transportation to and from different supermarket locations within the designated area.
- Efficiently load and unload merchandise onto the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Execute timely delivery and replenishment of products according to established schedules.
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels at each location.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify product needs and optimize shelf space.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise display areas within the supermarket.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product location.
- Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating the motorcycle.
Requirements:
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail operations preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with local roads and routes preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of motorcycle riding and manual labor.
