- The U.S. Mission in Lusaka, Zambia is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the Supply Clerk – Receivables in the General Services Office.

Duties
Incumbent is located in the General Service section of the Embassy, receives and inventories all Embassy goods, services, equipment and supplies in accordance with 6 FAM and existing regulations. Reports to the Property and Supply Supervisor. The incumbent identifies, inspects, and receives all goods, supplies, and services procured by GSO in accordance with existing regulations. Verifies quality, quantity of items received and signs delivery documents. Electronically prepares, stores and manages appropriate Receiving and Inspection (RIR) reports in currency of purchase and annotating all converted ordering and shipping costs into US Dollars. Ensures GSO approval and distributes the reports to all stakeholders, e.g. FMO, NEPA clerk and Expendable Supply Clerk. Adheres to ICASS service standards and produces required outputs within the time frames dictated therein.
