Key Responsibilities:
- Capable of handling IT Hardware (Repair & maintenance of Laptops, Desktops, Printers & Copiers).
- Capable of handling Software (MS office, Operating Systems, configuration & troubleshooting).
- Product Knowledge: Understand the technical specifications and intricacies of the product or service being sold.
- Client Interaction: Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their needs, provide product demonstrations, and explain how products meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technical Support: Offer after-sales support to clients, assisting them with technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in systems.
- Training: Provide training to the internal teams about products and their applications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Should have a Degree in ICT or related Field
- At least 2 years Technical Experience in ICT
- Sales Skills: Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information in a clear manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
