Job Summary:
UNO Energies Zambia Limited is seeking a Technician to be based at our head office in Lusaka.
The successful candidate will perform the duties below:
Duties /Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding to client IT support requests.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, and technical issues.
- Provide remote or onsite technical support for clients experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Independently diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
Required Skills / Abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to understand processes and ensure compliance
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Ability to be both creative and analytical
- Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
Education and Experience
- Diploma in Electronics/IT
- 2-3 years of experience preferably working for an oil marketing company.
