Key Accountabilities

  • Management of local staff transportation to and from work
  • Management of overall compliance documentation of all light vehicles, light trucks and stuff busses
  • Fuel management for light vehicles, light trucks and staff busses
  • In close collaboration with HR assist with the recruitment, selection and overall management of administration drivers
  • Coordination and planning of all local trips as well as management of expenses and retirements of the same
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair and management of all costs relating to the same
  • Sending out weekly and monthly reports
  • Updating the driver training matrix
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Diploma or Degree in business administration or any other related field
  • Any qualification in mechanics, repair or vehicle maintenance will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Excel and Word and other Microsoft office packages
  • Detail oriented and proactive
  • Must have a clean drivers licensee and possess at least 5years of driving experience
  • Must have expertise in sourcing for vehicle spare parts and good reputable repair shops
  • Good record management skills
  • Must have excellent quick problem solving ability
  • Must be adaptable to work in a multi cultured environment
